Return and Refund Policy

Our team makes sure that all details and product description will be available in every product we are selling online and as detailed as possible because we know how much you want to feel the texture, size, colors of each item.

If you have a question about sizing, color and fabric texture then please feel free to contact us at prior to making your purchase. If you are unsure about our size recommendations, then we suggest you size up as it is guaranteed your little one will continue to grow.

If you have any issue with the item that you have already purchased and received, please see the following terms:

Exchange must be within the return time frame: Apparel – 7 days from delivery. Returns beyond this time frame will not be valid. 

Item must be in good condition: Item/s for exchange must be unused and unwashed with all tags and labels still attached to the clothes.

Item must have proof of receipt: All transactions from online should have proof of purchase either purchase order number (screenshot is accepted) or sales invoice.


Shipping cost: 

All transactions for returns are subject to evaluation of the customer service team to validate who will shoulder the shipping fees. 
  • In any case that Little Rascals has made any error in the descriptions and process, we are very much open to shoulder all the shipping costs. 

Self drop-off and self pick-up at our warehouse will only be possible if you have already got a signal from our customer service team.


All exchange requests will be evaluated to confirm the condition of the item/s.


To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Service Support via email at and they will send you steps on how to exchange your item.


      • We do not refund online orders but we are open to exchange items for valid reasons only.
      • Exchange of items should be the same amount or below the value of the original item purchased.
      • If the item you chose has higher value then the remaining balance should be settled first. On the other hand, lower values will not be subject to refund and it will be forfeited.


        1. Damaged and Defective Item – item (or a part of the item) received is damaged or has defects.
        2. Item does not match description/pictures – item received does not match what was shown in the product description/listing.
        3. Received a wrong item – item delivered is different from what was ordered.
        4. Incomplete/Missing Part of an Item – package delivered is incomplete or missing an essential part.
        5. Exchange may be rejected if the request is non-compliant with the policy.


        1. Change of mind – the buyer suddenly decides they don’t want/need the item received.
        2. The product received does not meet buyer expectations but is exactly as described on the product page – the buyer failed to read the product page and is disappointed with the item received.
        3. Size ordered is small/ big – we are open to change the size given that all the shipping costs will be shouldered by the customer. We have noted the size of items in each product. In any case that Little Rascals have uploaded wrong details, we are open to validate and process an exchange with all the shipping costs under the company.
        4. Color/ Texture issue – we have noted all possible discrepancies in color and texture of the items on each product page. We tried to have best photos to show how it feels and looks on the actual.

        If you still want to request an exchange for reasons not included in the list above (e.g. change of size, etc.), you shall shoulder all shipping costs (for courier pickup and delivery).
